Return Policy

Returns/Exchanges

 

U.S. Customers:

Free Returns and Exchanges

Applies to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO as well. 

 

Returns of unworn, unused items with tags still attached are always accepted within 30 days,  Upon receipt of your return we will issue a refund. To process a return, simply contact us by email and we will issue a Return Authorization and Shipping label for you promptly and inform you when we receive the return and when your credit is issued.
Returns of damaged or non-sellable items may be assessed a 15% damage fee. Damage or non-sellable is classified as an item that was worn. Tags are missing. Item has visible damage such as a tear or stain.

Generally refunds are issued by end of business the same day the item is received. 

 For an Exchange, Please contact us so we may verify the item is in stock.  Exchanges are for the exact item with the exception of Size and Color. We will Place a hold on the item and issue a shipping label to you for the unwanted Size/Color. When we receive the item we will notify you, and the new Size/Color will be shipped and tracking information will be provided to you.

 

 International Customers:
